Hey! I’m Ella — a qualified personal trainer based at Snap Fitness Lane Cove. I started my PT journey at the beginning of 2024 after discovering how much fitness helped me build confidence, strength, and a better mindset — and now I’m passionate about helping others feel the same.I hold a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and specialise in functional strength training, while also incorporating conditioning, core, and mobility work to keep sessions balanced, effective, and enjoyable. My approach is all about making fitness simple, supportive, and something you can stick to — no pressure, no quick fixes, just real progress that fits your lifestyle.

Class Descriptions:
ABT - Targets key lower-body and core muscles to build strength and improve muscle definition.
HIIT - A fast-paced interval workout that combines short, intense exercise rounds with brief rest periods to boost fitness and improve endurance.
Functional Strength - Aims to improve daily function and overall strength through exercises that replicate everyday movement.
1. Session Duration
Sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute formats.
All sessions start and finish on time. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled end time.
2. Payments
Payment is made via bank transfer
Casual sessions: Paid at the time of booking to confirm the session.
10-session packs: Paid upfront in full before the first session
Subscriptions: Billed weekly every Sunday.
All sessions must be paid in advance to secure your booking. Packs and subscriptions must be paid in full before the first session.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests for the following day must be made prior to 5pm.
Sessions cancelled after 5pm will incur the full session fee, except in the case of emergencies
If I ever need to cancel, I’ll give you as much notice as possible and your session will be rescheduled or credited.
4. Late Arrivals
If you are late, the session will continue for the remaining time.
If I’m late for any reason, you will receive the full duration or a reschedule.
5. Session Packs and Subscriptions
10-session packs must be used within 12 weeks of purchase.
Subscription sessions are billed weekly and require a minimum 4-week commitment.
To cancel or pause a subscription, you must give 2 weeks notice in writing.
6. Health & Safety
You must inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, or medications before training begins.
A pre-exercise questionnaire must be completed before your first session.
7. Results Disclaimer
Results will vary depending on your effort, consistency, nutrition, and lifestyle. I’ll guide and support you, but progress requires your commitment outside the gym too.
8. Communication
Detailed support (nutrition plans, progress coaching) is only included in premium coaching services (session packs and subscriptions).
9. Client Conduct
Respectful and positive behaviour is expected at all times.
I reserve the right to refuse service to any client behaving inappropriately or unsafely.
